Husseyn Mehdiyev Director: Was born 19. 03 . 1945 in Shaki, in Azerbaijan. 1972-1977 he studied in the Moscow State Institute of cinematography. From 1977 he worked in "Azerbaijanfilm" studio named J. Jabbarly. His film "Strange time" was awarded many International Film Festival's. H. Mehdiyev also won Best director for "Golden Siibilla" at the First International FF (Spain). Azerbaijan Republic's Merited Arts Statesman.
